Poland ratifies SAA with Serbia  (October 26, 2011)

Poland is the 22nd EU member country that ratified the SAA between the EU and Serbia. There are still five more countries to do the same - France, Holland, Belgium, Romania and Lithuania.

Poland ratified the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) between the EU and Serbia with a signature by Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski.

The Sejm (the lower house of the Polish parliament) adopted the relevant ratification law on August 31, and the Senate (the upper house) did the same on September 14. The Polish president signed the SAA ratification law on October 5.

Poljska ratifikovala SSP sa Srbijom

BEOGRAD/VARŠAVA (26. oktobar 2011) – Poljska je ratifikovala Sporazum o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju (SSP) između Srbije i Evropske unije potpisom koji je poljski predsednik Bronjislav Komorovski stavio na taj dokument.

Najpre je jednoglasno Sejm (donji dom poljskog parlamenta) usvojio zakon o ratifikaciji 31. avgusta, a potom je 14. septembra učinio i Senat (gornji dom).

Predsednik Poljske Bronjislav Komorovski je, kako je saopšteno na njegovoj internet-stranici, potpisao zakon o ratifikaciji 5. oktobra.

Poljska je na taj način 22. zemlja-članica EU koja je ratifikovala SSP sa Srbijom a preostalo je da to učine još pet njih – Francuska, Holandija, Belgija, Rumunija i Litvanija.

On the bases of decision of the Serbian Government, beginning from June 12, 2010, citizens of European Union countries, the Swiss Confederation, Kingdom of Norway and Republic of Iceland may enter the Republic of Serbia using their valid identity cards and stay up to 90 days.

Na osnovu odluke Vlade Republike Srbije, državljani zemalja članica Evropske Unije, Švajcarske Konfederacije, Kraljevine Norveške i Republike Island mogu od 12. juna 2010.godine da ulaze u Republiku Srbiju bez putne isprave a sa važećom ličnom kartom i boraviti do 90 dana.

Na podstawie decyzji Rządu Republiki Serbii, obywatele krajów Unii Europejskiej, Konfederacji Szwajcarskiej, Królestwa Norwegii oraz Republiki Islandii mogą począwszy od dnia 12 czerwca 2010 r. przekraczać granice Republiki Serbii z dowodem osobistym (bez konieczności posiadania paszportu) i przebywać na jej terytorium do 90 dni.
